I've spent most of my life on sullust, so I didn't know much about the empire until recently. Back there, I was a surface courrier pilot for Sorosuub. The Sorosuub is a huge corporation that controls all the communication and occasionnal visit form imperial dignitaries is all we ever see of it. Until that one time while I was prepping my ship in the hangar. A tyderian shuttle landed and an officer escorted by several stormtroopers came out.

The officer met with the deck supervisor, who pointed a sullusteen working on a nearby light transport. I reconized the man to be my girlfriend Leba's father. He was accused of cooperating with some rebellion I had never heard about before. I could only watch as the stormtroopers brought him back in the shuttle. I had to warn Leba before the imperials arrested her too, so as soon as my supervisor wasn't looking, I rushed in the south corridor to the medical bay where she was assigned.

The imps were already there. I cursed myself for not being quick enough, again unable to help. As I was watching the scene, I didn't hear the footsteps that were coming in closer...

-Don't feel bad, there's nothing you could do.

I steped foward and looked behind me to see a dark skinned man with a brown engineer uniform standing before me.

-Who are you?

-You'll find out soon enough, but we shoudn't stay here any longer. They're going to look for you next.

I was dumbfounded ; what in the universe was happening? I soon learned that the man's name was Yuan Wycliffe, an officer of the 'Alliance', also refered to by the imperials as the 'rebelion'. We managed to get out of the building unnoticed and into the lower city, where Yuan's hideout was located. There, I learned all about the rebellion. Soon after, I stowed away on a cargo ship heading for a secret randez-vous with Alliance forces. I still don't know what appened to Leba, but I hope I will see her again some day.
